I retain the rights to the artwork. I may post it as a portfolio unless a Privacy Fee is settled. Strictly NO AI training or NFT usage.

Tracing, heavy editing, or claiming the artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.

A 50% deposit is required upfront before I start the skteching phase. The remaining 50% must be settled after the sketch is approved. I will proceed to lineart and coloring once the full payment is recevied.

Once the sketc is approved and I move to the next stage, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Estimated completion is 1-2 weeks. If you require a specific deadline or a faster delivery, a Rush Fee will be applied.

Maximum of 3 revisions during the sketch phase. Only minor color adjustments are allowed after the lineart/coloring phase. Major changes to the composition after the sketch is approved will incur extra charges.

Simple white/flat color/pattern backgrounds are free. Detailed backgrounds will be charged based on complexity.

+100% of the base price per additional character in the same piece.

I can help with character design if you provide complete references. An additional fee will apply for designing from scratch.

A 3-day window is given for response; otherwise, your slot will be cancelled. No refunds once the coloring process has started.

Cancellations are only accepted during the initial discussion phase, before the drawing process has begun. Once the project is started, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

Please provide complete and clear character references to help me get the best result.
